All items are shipped 'Signed For' and come with a tracking number within the UK.
International parcel are sent 'Signed For', if you want recorded for international delivery please add £5 to the shipping price and send us a note mentioning the request.

Return Policy
We are not responsible for parcel damaged in transit or bent corners on sleeve due to accidents in transit.
All parcels are packed with care in CLP envelope.
In case of critical damage to a record such as a warp we will do our best to replace the record if you pay for the shipping and packaging cost.
If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace the record and ask for you to pay for half of the shipping cost.
